Peter Blue was born in London. He joined the British army early 1973 and later transferred to the REME (Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers) in 1981.
He has been involved with the development, funding and running websites like British Women Artists (BWA) for many years. He is also an investor and a business networker. His networking activities are concentrated around London, and he is a member of a few elite networks. He also develops specialised Internet projects for people in his network.
He is well travelled. In the Army he served in Germany, Canada, Belize, Falklands and Saudi Arabia. Recently he travelled to Jersey, Turkey and Spain. He lives in
